The power of awareness.
The hummingbird represents, in its lightness, the ability to remove all obstacles. The presence of the rope refers to constraints, which can be overcome:it is not necessary to respond to violence with violence, raising one's voice, but it is sufficient to be aware of one's strength to be able to respond positively to constraints.
Materials and fabrics are composed and superimposed, mixing transparencies and colors, as if they were brushstrokes and graphic signs. These elements are sewn together, respecting the tradition, manual skills and language, which belong to me.
